All High School students are required to perform 20 hours of community service per high school year. In the past, students have participated in missions trips with their families, churches, or youth groups; they've worked with organizations in their local community; or done outreach with their churches. All community service needs Bible teacher's approval.

Mission's Week: October 31 - November 4, 2011

Part 1: Food Drive to help those in need in Solano County
There will be a theme for each day of the week. Students are
encouraged to match the item of the day.
Monday, October 31st Breakfast Foods
Tuesday, November 1st Fruits and Vegetables
Wednesday, November 2nd Main dish / Meats
Thursday, November 3rd Side Dishes / Beverages
Friday, November 4th Desserts / Paper products

Part 2: Toiletries Drive to help those ministered to through Mission Solano
Ideas: Shampoo, Soap, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste,
floss, deodorant, toilet paper, and feminine products.

Part 3: Clothing Drive for students at the San Francisco City Academy
Ideas: Socks, Jackets, Gloves, Scarves, and Hats
All items donated are worth 3 points each.

Part 4: Baby Items Drive to help those ministered to by the Alpha
Pregnancy Resource Center
Ideas: Diapers, baby toiletries (powder/ shampoo / cream),
pacifiers, bottles, baby blankets, baby clothing, and maternity
clothing for expecting moms.
